A little more about us …

The “spark” lit up in the 90’s when two girls from Eastern Europe were inspired to become architects, and rebuild & create new places amidst the collapse and chaos around them. 

A decade later, they met as architecture students at UC Berkeley, their professional collaboration began and their design philosophy of creating meaningful, memorable, and magical experiences was conceived. 

Another decade went by. The two young women became experienced and accomplished professionals in the field of design, and founded sparkSTUDIO with a commitment to inspire and be the ultimate design resource for curious clients.
