Casa Feliciano is a mixed-use development in the Mission district of San Francisco. The first two floors are available for commercial lease and the upper 10 floors are dedicated to multifamily housing. The façade of a historic building on the ground floor was to remain, adding heritage to the contemporary new development. Overall accent bright colors and the wave geometry on the rooftop celebrates the Latin American design traditions. Credits to Gelfand.
