Masterplan and Watercolor Illustration

Our process often involves taking rough ideas and transforming them into materials that facilitate collaboration and discussion.

We worked closely with a marketing firm and the school board of directors to create visuals that would appeal to the sponsors of this non-profit organization and help make the new campus a reality.

Rendering included exterior perspectives, interior views, floor plan and site plan and were done using a combination of manual illustration and Photoshop.
